Swallowtail walked into the medicine cat's den. She gasped when she saw it. It was perfect! There were plenty of cracks and nooks to store herbs in. Moss had been placed in the doorway for Swallowtail to arrange into beds. There was plenty of space for sick cats to lie comfortably and there was a small crack in the ceiling where rain water seeped through to a pool on the floor where sick cats could drink without having to go very far. Swallowtail turned to look for an apprentice or two to help arrange the moss and help search for herbs to heal the clan.

I hope you like your den? I'm sorry we don't have many apprentices to help you get organized right now but we're still gaining warriors. Feel free to ask me with whatever problems you may have.Featherstar smiled slightly. It was good that, if any in her clan was sick, they'd have a cat to treat them.

{From Main Camp} Snowstripe appeared at the entrance to the medicine cat's den, tail twitching pleasantly as she approached. She stood in the doorway and looked in, peering around. You needed some help, Swallowtail? She asked politely, nodding to her.

Thank you, Featherstar. Yes,Snowstripe. I do need help with organizing this moss. Just put it in beds over there near the pool. And after that if you still would like to, I need help gathering herbs for the clan. Swallowtail smiled sweetly at Snowstripe. With more warriors and clan members like this, Stoneclan would become a wonderful clan.

She nodded courteously to the medicine cat and trotted over to the moss, gently picking it up between her teeth and tenderly carrying them to the small pool. She stood back to look at her work so far and turned to retrieve more moss.

Thank you, both of you. Good job Snowstripe. Swallowtail walked outside of the den to speak with Featherstar. So are you planning on going to the Gathering, Featherstar? She looked ahead at the camp. It looked great so far. There was a small pile of freshkill near the middle of the camp, but it was strangely quiet. They would have to get more cats to join soon.

Snowstripe nodded to Swallowtail and trotted out of the den, tail held high. She eyed the stash of food hungrily but shook her head. Now was not food time. She needed to help her clan.

Yes I am. I will probably leave FrostEye to guard the camp and bring you, Snowstripe, and maybe Hawkpaw with me. We still need more warriors so I might have to leave him behind.
(OCC I have church that night so I will be home around 8. Whisperstar said it would be all right so long as I posted as soon as I could.)

Hearing her name, Snowstripe looked up eagerly. She was being taken to the great meeting? She smiled inside herself. It only happened once a month. She'd been here not one afternoon, and she was coming. She smiled to them. Her new career as a warrior was starting to kick off already.

Seeing Snowstripe perk up, Featherstar smiled. She must have heard her name mentioned. The experience would be good for her. And in these times, experience was one of the best things possible.

That sounds like a good choice. Snowstripe seems to be happy about going. Swallowtail said as she smiled at the young warrior. Snowstripe looked strong and lean and would be a good assett to Stoneclan.
OOC: That's fine about church, what day is the gathering exactly.

She sat and let her lean tail curl around her legs, seeming instinctive to her. Her sage eyes wandered around the camp, eying at all the nooks and crannies here in the camp. Her mind was hard at work, memorizing all of the camp. She was sure to stay, an eager to please cat. She liked the cats here. Snowstripe was sure she'd fit in just fine.

Would you like to go hunting and exploring around the territory? We could check the borders for rouges searching for a home and get a meal in the process. I think Swallowtail will be fine for now.Featherstar's question was directed at Snowstripe. She then smiled. This young cat might one day rise to a rank of power in the clan. She was inquisitive, happy, and willing to help. She would be a good asset. She began to walk toward the camp's entrance.

She eagerly padded forward, eyes gleaming proudly. She looked up at Featherstar and followed close behind. Her eyes quickly changed from an eager and bright characteristic to a stern appearance, worn only when the need came to hunt.

Snowstripe quickly burst into the Medicine Cat's den, a sick look in her eye. She'd slowed down greatly on the trek home, and she called out in a harsh tone Swallowtail, I really need you. Please come here! She mewed, trembling from ear to foot.
