Amberstar strode quickly and quietly into her clan. Her eyes were alarmed.. More so than when she first walked in here. She leapt upon a rock, tail swishing.. Eyes impatient. Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join me below this rock! She yowled, seating herself. As soon as her clan had joined her below her feet, she raised her head. Duskclan and Mistclan did not show to this gathering, and i've yet to tell them this news. I want 3 cats willing to trek to dangerous territory to alert the other clans of Boneclan's doings and whereabouts. Her eyes scanned the crowd for volunteers. Those who choose to do so must meet me at my den.
She turned her back to the crowd of bewildered cats and leapt down off the back of the rock, entering a small crevice beneath the rock after shoving aside the willows that guarded her entrance with a soft flick of her tail. She gave a trembling sigh.[/sub]
((Mmk, here's the deal. I'm sending 3 cats to each territory, but only upon the other clans activity. Stoneclan will go immediatly since Featherstar is active, when there is a new Mistclan leader I will send news, and when Sabrestar returns i'll send that cat. I'll send those cats a PM with the message I want that cat to send. Any volunteers?))

Maplepaw looked at his departing leader and shuffled his paws uncomfortably. The lack of two entire clans had been highly unnerving, and Amberstar obviously felt it, too. He turned about to see if any of the other clan members were about to volunteer. Perhaps he could accompany one of them.
(Maplepaw isn't nearly old enough to complete a 'quest' by himself, so if any of the warriors need company, he's open. XD )

Blackheart had remained silent at the Gathering, the entire trek back, and through Amberstar’s message, his brain picking over the dilemma. However, the solutions offered thus far were not to his liking, so he continued to mull over it even as he stepped his black form forward.
“Maplepaw, how are you up for a mission?”
Although the tom was distracted, it was his duty as a warrior and, not only that, deputy of the entire clan to offer his skills and services.
[Blackheart and Maplepaw could always venture to Stoneclan. ^^]

Maplepaw perked his head up as his mentor spoke and replied, albeit a bit hastily, "Yes, Blackheart, I would!"
He didn't really know which feeling to express: inwardly he felt excitement at the prospect of a mission, yet outwardly he could clearly see his mentor's distracted stature. The apprentice decided to wait before saying anything more.

Blackheart nodded, pride shining within yellow hues. Even though his apprentice had spoken in haste, his eagerness was more then appreciated.
“If Amberstar accepts, we shall travel to the first clan and deliver her message.”
He mentally pinned a thought, if Maplepaw showed any good skills, he would report them to Amberstar. The clan needed more warriors, and soon, if this Boneclan was growing in strength.

"I'll go!"
The loud voice belonged to a little, dusty golden fluff ball of about six moons, rushing through the camp entrance to stand among the other warriors. Two large amber eyes glowed with hope.
Blazekit didn't realize that he might look strange, a tiny unknown cat running into camp and volunteering in Clan business.. wow, he'd win a reward for that!
Blazekit nodded thoughtfully. "I'll go with you!" He rushed over to where a large, muscular black warrior and a small dappled apprentice stood. He grinned eagerly at them.
"Amberstar just let me join, and to prove my newfound loyalty, I'll fight with you! I'll go! Please let me come!" He hadn't thought that he may be too young, although he was about the age of the flecked black and red apprentice.
Blazekit waited for Blackheart and Maplepaw's reply, not a bit afraid. He stood his ground, waiting, not thinking that these could be deadly, hostile cats who could claw his fur off.

Amberstar had just barely exited her den before she'd heard the newest member bolt through the clan and announce he'd go. It sort of shocked her, since it was uncommon for any cat to do that.. Even a kit. She considered it thoughtfully. He was too young, but perhaps Blackheart was capable of handling such an excited kit..?
She looked at Blackheart and nodded to the two of them. They would go to Stoneclan. She looked to Blazekit. I believe you may be too young, especially without a mentor... However, see if one of the warriors may take you on another trip to a seperate clan to deliver the message...? Perhaps another warrior who may apprentice you. She said softly, tail flicking. The kit was young, but certainly eager to please! She supposed to to be a good thing.. Either way, it'd be a good experience for him. Maybe he'd learn something on the way there?((Featherstar was originally planning to go to Treeclan to find out, however i'm thinking they may meet along the way.. Maybe on the border of Treeclan? Amberstar may accompany them. Probably not. I dunno. ))

"Yeah," he mewed, eyes flickering. "I hear ya. Who'll go with me, though? I wanna' go get some excercise, and quick!" He bounced beside Amberstar, his bright golden-brown eyes glimmering with excitement.

Maplepaw had jumped about an inch when the new kit had scrambled through the entrance. As he watched him speak, Maplepaw noted that he and the new member were complete opposites and silently chuckled. Perhaps they could be friends as well. "...I wouldn't really mind if he came with us, but that's Blackheart's decision," he trailed off, pathetically and gave a slight smile.

She furrowed her brown with a deep thought. She could take the kit, but she'd rather apprentice him and send him with his mentor.. She sighed and looked over the crowd. I know, but Blackheart i'm sure would rather go alone and with his apprentice... She didn't want to mention that Blackheart was not fond of young cats.. She was well aware of the situation, and well aware of the the fact her beloved deputy would do anything she asked him to, even that.. But she certainly didn't want to make him uncomfortable with such a hyper kit.
Shinzui! Are you up for an apprentice, and a mission? She announced to the warrior, eyes gleaming with expectance. Should Shinzui reject the offer, the mentorship would go to Rayheart, who was in need of an apprentice. She flicked her tail softly.

((The stoneclan chosen band can go to the river edge and meet up with Snowstripe and her band.. Since both clans were volunteering in crossing territories and such. Blackheart can deliver the same message (That i'll PM each of you) So you can say the same thing. Sorry for the confusion and mis-conception!! ))

Oh lovely. Blackheart flattened his ears, the left one twitching slightly. A kit. The old black tom sighed, yellow hues closing.
“He may come.”
He minded, yes, but the kit was certainly nothing that he couldn’t handle.
But then Amberstar called the kittypet’s name, and yellow hues narrowed open slightly in surprise. What was Amberstar thinking? The queen was still new to the ways of the forest and of Starclan, and, not only that, she had a young kit of her own to look out for.
Speaking of kits, Blackheart tried to remove his thoughts from them. He didn’t want to remember…but he could never forget his own kit’s faces when their ‘dear, sweet’ mother drove him off.
That weighted on his mind, more than anything else in his life. He had practically signed their death certificates; leaving them with that that that…that CANNIBAL!
Pricking his ears forward again, Blackheart could barely control his tail from lashing in self-anger. He had done the wrong thing, made the wrong mistake…and he lived every day with that knowledge, paying the price for it. He was sure Amberstar didn’t know, but had to wonder.

Lovely orange eyes widened at Amberstar’s sudden call, and the timid she-cat crouched low as all eyes turned on her. She was still quite strained, stressed from the adaptation to life without twolegs.
“A-Amberstar….I will do your bidding…”
If the leader asked her to apprentice the young kit, she would do her best.
Kaze bumbled up, white fur a bit dirty from his romp in the dirt. Shinzui suddenly busied herself in cleaning his fur, rathering that then to remain self-conscious of the stares on her.

[from Clan Gathering]
Mudpaw awoke to hear a numerous ammount of voices coming outside of the apprentices den. He yawned and stretched his legs to wake up a bit more. He wasn't quite sure wether he was still dreaming or not, so he shook his head and started to walk outside of the den. He poked his head out to see loads of cats gathered around, looking up at Amberstar. What was going on!? He scooted close to other cats and listened.
[Ick! It's a little short. Sorry about that]

The amber leader nodded to the she-warrior. When the time is needed, I will send you and this young kit to Mistclan. Blackheart! She announced, looking to him. The time has come for you to depart. Go to Stoneclan, find Featherstar; she'll help you. And explain to her what I have told you. She turned her keen golden gaze to the cats surrounding the rock. This meeting is dismissed! She yowled, jumping from the rock and creeping into her little cavern behind the stone slab.

Blackheart nodded in agreement, and then lightly nudged Maplepaw.
“We shall leave now to save time.”
The black warrior looked out over Treeclan for a last time, flicking his tail. He had much to speak of with Amberstar…much that she needed to know. But that could wait.
Moving extremely fast for a cat his age, Blackheart bounded out of camp without a look back, hoping his apprentice was following him.

"Yay! C'mon, Shinzui!" Cried Blazekit, winding himself around his new mentor's legs. He gazed into her golden eyes and purred. "Let's go, go, go, go!"
His swift eyes caught the she-cat's tail-tip, and he grinned, claws extending, batting the turkish van-colored tip. He smiled up at her, amber eyes glowing, golden fur slightly ruffled and dusty from playtime.
"I can't wait to go, I'm excited!"

Poofed out tail sticking upright, the young kit burst into camp. He held his small little chest out, and tried to look... Like a tiger. He stalked up to a lone leaf, wiggled his rump, and pounced on it. But just at the moment, a gust of wind blew the leaf up, up and away into the sky.
Not to be broken to easyily, Fishstick turned, and aimed at Shinzui's tail. He wasn't the brightest kit, though in a short time, he'd be old enough to be apprenticed, and he did just arrive in camp.
With a loud, odd sounding yowl, suppose to be a battle cry, Fishstick pounced.
In mid pounce, he realised that this was a large, unknown cat, and tried to turn in mid air. He landed, and bumped Shinzui, poofy tail, getting poofier, and he bolted towards Amberstar to avoid getting hit by any incoming paws.
"FISHSTICK, AWAYYY!"

Onyxpelt had been about to ask if there was anything she could do that would be helpful after the first two cats had left when a new cat came tearing into the clearing. She whirled about on one hind leg in surprise, following the kit with her eyes.
Given everything that'd just happened, she still snorted with laughter as he tried to stop mid pounce and then tore off towards Amberstar hide. Onyxpelt flicked her tail and hushed her chuckle to a small smile, and followed more slowly to offer her help, since that'd been what she was about to do anyway.
