Clan Rules and Respect
Obey your Clan leader and Deputy as much as your character allows. They act as Moderators on the OOC part of the site, so anything they say OOC goes. If a Clan Leader tells you to stop something, stop it. Also, follow the Clan Rules IC as much as your character allows. We allow rebels, traitors, and spies, but do not do anything drastically against the rules.

Blood of the Warriors is a General RP. Some parts may be considered mature, but only in the violence and language department. Minimum swearing and violence is accepted. Sex and sexual activities is not. Threads will be closed and members warned if they include that in any of their posts.
Post Length, Grammar, and RP Level
For the sake of welcoming as many members as we can, BotW is not an advanced RP site. But we do have rules. NO post should be a one-liner. Write something decent that someone else can reply to. We also do not allow 'netspeak' which is 'u', 'r', '@', etc. If netspeak is found in any thread, it will be asked to be changed. And thirdly, posts should be in third person. Third person is talking about your character like you're telling a story about them. Example: "Whisperstar crouched in the long grass." Is third person. A BAD example would be "I walked along the road and I found a mouse."
Fighting/Raising in Rank
First off, fighting IS allowed in BotW. And is actually encouraged. Fighting adds more suspence and drama. When fighting, God-moding, power playing, auto hits, etc is NOT allowed. Meaning your character must take a few hits, and suffer for it. No cat can come away from a fight totally unscathed. If your are fighting and neither cat wants to lose, and the fight goes on forever, either contact your Clan Leader or Whisperstar and they will decide the winner and stop the fight (winner will be based various things, such as experience of the character, hits taken, age, etc.)
As far as rank changing goes, it usually doesn't happen by fighting. The Clan leader appoints the Deputy. But if the Deputy or Clan leader dies or is driven off, the next cat will rise in rank. Cats can plan ambushes and such to drive off or kill other cats in their own clan, if they're devious and careful enough. Any hint or notion that a cat is a traitor, though, could result in being kicked out of the Clan.
When fighting to kill, an OOC agreement MUST be made between the killer and the victim. You CANNOT, and I repeated CANNOT kill a character if they don't want to be killed. Simply message each other privately to arrange an agreement of being killed in a fight, and make sure to tell Whisperstar about it so she can approve.
Rogues
When you first join BotW, you will be a Rogue (aka a cat without a Clan). You can either post on a Clan border to be accepted as an apprentice (no matter your age) or you can continue to be a Rogue.
If you choose the life as a Rogue, you will 'live' in Rogue Meadow; a secret meadow in the Clan territory where Rogues hang out. As of yet, there is no heirarchy or rules in Rogue Meadow. Cats fight and eat to stay alive. But Rogue Meadow is under anyones paw. If a rogue who is liked starts a band, and becomes leader, they can do whatever they want to Rogue Meadow. Will they make it their own Clan of Rogues? Will they form raids and steal from Clan territories? Rogue Meadow is a free place that can be molded any way the cats desire, which gives it such a free reign.
Posting
If you have more than one character, you have two choices. 1. You can have numerous characters on one account, and you MUST HAVE DIFFERENT COLORS FOR EACH CHARACTER. If you do this, PLEASE also post each characters colors in your signature! Choice 2. Create new accounts for each character, as long as you can keep each character active!
Posting Rule: Your Character can only be in one place at one time UNLESS you are a Clan Leader accepting Clan members. If I see someone other than a Clan Leader in two places at the same time, they will be notified and action will be taken. You may not double-post. This is when you post "Fluffbutt went to sleep." in one post, then reply when no one else has with "Fluffbutt woke up and went to the fresh-kill pile."
Acts of Treason
Otherwise known as betrayal. And yes, it is allowed on BotW. What better to disrupt Clan life then have a member of a different Clan be accepted into an enemy Clan, become a part of Clan life, then betray them? Of course, the consequences on the Clan in which the cat is from is unknown - it is suggested that if a Clan plans to do this, they are strong and ready for a battle.
Other
The passage of time in BotW is just a bit quicker than real life. A day in our time is approximately three days in BotW. This way, pregnancies can go a bit quicker, and seasons don't last -too- long.
You may have as many characters as you want, as long as you can keep them active.
All characters who join and do not post within 2 real life weeks of joining WILL be deleted!
