It's right after he comes to, out of the State, after he killed Terrorshadow and raped Passionflower D:
Right after this scene, he passes out. His momma cleans him up in a desperate attempt to keep it all a secret. but the Elders cant just ignore one dead cat and another raped.
they knew it was Radio despite his mothers attempts. She even dipped her paws in blood to make it appear as if she did it, in an attempt to save her one surviving son.
when Radio woke up, he was in the custody of two elite warriors and was surrounded by the whole clan. he was tried and convicted as guilty, sent to exile.
