A wise and taciturn individual, Vestige is a silent tom that grants his knowledge in small doses and only when necessary. If you do not know Vestige, you will typically assume him to be straight-laced, serious, perhaps even brooding. This may add to his intimidating air, however the truth is, Vestige does not dwell on the past and does his best to put the things that have happened behind him. He is bitter about nothing and is actually quite an optimistic individual, having his intelligence on his side for the betterment of himself and those close to him—but he very rarely expresses himself via the looks on his face. He makes the act of it seem almost petty, really, expressing himself in so many subtle cues beyond that which humans tend to take for granted.

While he is down to business and does what he must do, he very rarely holds grudges or hatred for many individuals, even those who shun him for his choices—because they are his and nobody else's. He is prepared to take responsibility for what he believes, and has had to face the comeuppances of many of these already...

He does, however, tend to be a bit antisocial—felines can mix with others well, but Vestige is so different. He does not come to others, but allows them to come to him... be it for friendship or anything else. He is solitary in nature, and only if you are able to understand the uniqueness of his habits will he let you in his heart and know that Vestige does what he wants, when he wants. But there is space for other cats there. There have even been cases where Vestige has intentionally sacrificed himself for the good of others.

As mentioned before, Vestige is very wise. He is very sensitive to his surroundings, and very observant. He uses his abilities granted to him by his species to the best of his ability, and absorbs all knowledge bestowed upon him like a sponge—tucking it away quietly in the recesses of his mind to be used when it is useful.

Vestige tends to keep to himself and can sometimes have a strong disregard for other's feelings.

Physically, Vestige cannot tolerate being in the presence of large concentrations of blood. If he does, his senses go haywire and he goes into a berserker's fit, and while it temporarily grants him unimaginable strength, it also causes him much pain, as if he is burning on the inside. He can lose consciousnesses from this or become extremely weak and drained.
