Character Personality: Highway loves felines - he's grown to be very sociable and outgoing, often coming off as a pretty humorous and enjoyable tom. In his youth, he had been considered quite the trickster, combining his playful personality with his stealth skills to stir up a humorous, harmless commotion. Though when embarrassed, uncomfortable, worried, or uneasy, he tends to become reclusive or shy, refusing the company of others for quite some period of time. Highway is a very, very religious feline - he will go to the point of self-affliction of pain to repent for his sins. However, controversial to his beliefs, he is a 'charmer,' and often comes off on good ground with the ladies. Being a gentleman, many she-cats find his personality attractive and comforting, although, are not so drawn by his appearance - whenever a relationship seems to develop, however, Highway breaks off with his female interest, knowing better than to allow his relationship to shift from friendship to lust, as all close relationships usually draw inward, thus, Highway is unsuccessful in his attempts of having a 'love life.' Nevertheless, Highway proves to be a good friend and shoulder to lean on - after he's shared a round or two of his infamous jokes.

Character History: Found by a priest on the side of a busy highway, that was how the small grey and white tom got his name. His entire life from that point on he lived in a church, learning about Religion and following their beliefs [plus keeping the church free of rats and mice, the blasphemous fools!] However, when the old priest who found him, Father Patrick, passed away, the followers stopped coming to the church. Highway waited and waited, but when hunger grew, he finally left, setting out on his own.
