Somehow the words quiet and silent don’t seem to stick with Strifekit at all, even when he speaks only occasionally, and then only a few words. He is not silent, though he doesn’t always say what is on his mind, either, and he doesn’t have the air of someone strong and arrogant. Rather, the atmosphere he carries with him seems to be a bit weak yet remaining reassuring and filled with a faint, fierce determination.

Strifekit cannot be described as quiet, either, however. It seems to be a word describing someone shy. He is not shy. He will stand up for what he believes in, though not always boldly or aggressively. He second-guesses himself, and at times his doubt can drive him away from those he cares about. He doesn’t always do the right thing, and he realizes that he is not perfect. Some things cannot be helped.

Through his experiences, the young tom will learn that to achieve any goal, he must continue on through even the most difficult of times. Surrender is the worst kind of defeat, he will believe, and to simply try one’s best is the best method to success. He also knows that to do that he must strive to better himself. He may not know where his decisions will take him, but he will deal with them if only to keep his friends safe.

To many, Strifekit can seem very distant and isolated from clan society. He doesn’t always know how to deal with others, always worrying that he has done something wrong even when he tries not to. He can be a bit of a pessimist as well. Sometimes he will become blinded by his beliefs and think that keeping others shut out from his mind and situations will be for the best, but it often turns out the opposite as the circumstances become dire. Fortunately, he will overcome a lot of this feeling.

Strifekit is also fairly protective of anyone he cares about. Though he treasures his friends and would sacrifice his life for them, and not just because of good will, he rarely smiles, even in front of them. He can still become deeply connected to them, but most felines feel that he doesn’t care. What they need to realize is that their friendship may mean more to Strifekit than anyone could imagine. To break that bond could be to make an enemy or to deeply depress the young tom.

Despite his seemingly passive nature, Strifekit can be a vicious, tireless fighter with enough determination and emotion on his side. He will not hesitate to pursue anything if it holds enough meaning for him, not matter the risk. In the same way, he is a deep thinker. Even though it may bring him new understanding, doubt may arise increasingly heavily, or he could become depressed for a number of reasons.

For now, Strifekit believes he has a good grasp on himself and life. He has not lost sight of who he is, or the trust he has put in his friends, and never plans to.

Strifekit is the only surviving kit to Timescar and her deceased mate, Wolfspirit. As a newborn, there’s not much a history to be told until later. xD
