Character's Name: Ittan-momen [named after a playful and occasionally dangerous wraith-like creature of Japanese legend]. Called Shinzui as a nickname.
Gender: Female
Breed of Cat (If any): Japanese Bobtail
Age (if not years, just kit, young, adult, elder, etc will work): Adult
Character Description (either what your cat looks like, or a picture):
Character Personality: Ittan-momen is generally mild-mannered and polite. She is trusting, devoted, and rarely *truly* naive. Rather than seeing a feline as good or evil, she sees them as simply "in need", and often does what she can to help. Despite (or maybe because of) her strange circumstances, she remains tirelessly optimistic. Warning: She's an unreliable klutz that gets lost on her way to the food pile.
Character History: Born Ittan-momen of Azure Gardens, Shinzui was born and bred to be a show cat. Her first year and a half of her life, that’s what she was used for, showing. She liked her handlers; they were very kind and good to her.
But then she was sold to a mean-spirited young man, who knew little about cat shows and ever less about cats. She finally escaped the too small cage she and her month-old kit, Kaze, were trapped in, and found herself suddenly thrust in an unknown world where everything the enemy to a lost and lonely kittypet.
However, Shinzui’s doing incredibly well. After only a week of freedom, she’s already figured out how to hunt to support herself and her little son.
