Back to Clan LIFE. Not their clans. These clans were different than Rainshadow and Rushclaw had been a part of.
The two sisters padded silently through the unfamiliar territory. The ground was rocky and coarse. "My paws hurt!" Rushclaw whined as she lifted her paw to inspect her pads. They were brittle and scraped, and one oozing with fresh blood. Rainshadow didn't respond as she continued through. They were not considered clan cats here, now they were rogues.
Rainshadow sniffed around, these were borders. Of course she didn't know the correct scents of these clans, but she could make a guess. "Were closest to what smells like the next generation of Waveclan." She announced to Rushclaw. She could guess by their fishy scent. Rainshadow and Rushclaw had both been a part of Waveclan in their old forest. Rushclaw was perfect in the clan, but Rainshadow didn't seem to fit in. Everyone except Rushclaw would stare at her like she was was was....evil. Rainshadow WAS NOT evil....but she could be ill tempered. R ushclaw pricked her ears as something rustled in the bushes. A patrol?
