Y'know patience really helps in these kinda situations. =) Bear in mind that not everyone here has a relaxed lifestyle, some of us have go to work all day, 5 days a week and don't really feel like doing much in the evenings.
Several of my cats have been twiddling their toes on different Clan borders too. I would wait for at least a month, and then think about moving them to another Clan border. But I've only had to do that once.
Just chill and be patient, someone will answer you when they can. ^^
