Age: Twenty-six moons.
Gender: She-cat
Personality:
Cocky, cynical, and blunt, Cadillac often comes off as lazy and obnoxious. That’s not to say that she’s a complete asshole, however, as she knows that it isn’t too smart to have a bunch of enemies and no friends. She doesn’t piss others off deliberately unless she knows them well enough to know that they won’t hold it against her, or she’s decided she definitely doesn’t like that cat. She will never, though, mince her words or smooth-talk except for when she’s decided she can use something from someone. Few get to see the professional side of her, which does exist beneath her normally playful and flippant exterior and only comes out when she’s on the job [and sometimes not even then]. She knows she’s good-looking and won’t hesitate to use that to her advantage. In other words, she can flirt with the best of them.Description: History:
While she’s certainly no dreamer, her stubbornness sometimes causes her to have more optimism than one would usually expect from her. She has no trouble seeing reality for what it is, but whether she’ll accept it is another story. She won’t conform for the sake of conformity, and hierarchy has no place in her mind: she respects those she deems worthy of it. Even then, she’ll be hard-pressed to outwardly show that respect, and the only real sign one could spot is that she’ll willingly listen to that cat. To her, rules are a made to be broken; authority is to be scoffed at. Though she can—and will—bend if there’s no other way, she’ll be far from happy. When it comes down to it, she'd rather take a beating than swallow her pride, even while she's aware that it's an idiotic move [although experience over the years has wised her up a bit].
It’s rare for something to capture her full attention for long. She’s easily bored, and she’ll always be fidgeting—playing with objects, chasing her tail, or fiddling with whatever she can get her mouth on. The only time she will pay attention is when she finally sets her mind on completing whatever task has been assigned to her. She’ll bitch and moan [and bitch some more] about having to put in any sort effort whatsoever, but when she finally decides to do something, she makes sure it gets done.
She’s got a sharp tongue and can gossip like a housewife if the mood strikes her. She also likes a good brawl if she can get one. Both her quick temper and often cutting words mean that she usually has no trouble in doing so. Fighting dirty definitely isn’t beneath her, and she’s pretty shameless in her combat tactics—she won’t hesitate to use her size if it’ll get her out of a tight spot. Though impulsive, her sharp instincts and perceptiveness tend to help her out in making the right call [emphasis on tend]. Sometimes, though, she’ll take on more than she can handle. She’s not the best at plotting things out in advance, either, which is probably just as well considering she has trouble sticking to any plans at all.
She also likes to think herself as not needing anyone. This may be true to some degree, but she certainly needs cats around her, if not necessarily with her. She hates [and will never admit she’s scared of] absolute isolation, and if it comes down to that, it won’t be long before she starts talking to herself or pretending there are others around when there isn’t. She doesn’t trust easily, although she’ll be sociable to anyone who doesn’t rub her the wrong way. She particularly hates those who condescend, and avoids cats who can apparently read her too well. The few she does consider close friends [no one, yet], she is fully loyal to.
She’s quick and efficient, both of which is mainly due to the fact that she’s one to avoid work as much as possible. After all, the faster she gets work done, the more time she has to do her own thing. She has a general “live and let live” attitude towards others, and what cats do is entirely their business—until it interferes with her. She doesn’t like being wrong or bested, but she also doesn’t have enough ambition to want to be the very top of anything. She generally likes having a leader, anyway, which may seem odd given her disdain at authority, but her reasoning is that it’s always nice to have someone to point the paw at should things go wrong [plus, there’s less thinking required in following orders, and she’s got to have someone to argue with]. She will pick up the role of a leader, but only when it seems no one else will do it or if whoever’s in charge is totally useless.
