Her personality is shaped by her experiences: the trio's parents died horribly right before their eyes, and they were left to fend for themselves. Ocean became the 'parent' of Shell and Crab, seeing as both of them are quite immature..

+Character Personality - Shell is the idiot she-cat out of the three kittens. She is very immature and loves to play pranks on her siblings, especially the 'licking the paw while they're asleep' one. Similar to humans' 'putting their hand in warm water while they're asleep' prank. Being the idiot she is, Shell still doesn't know how to catch a fat, slow squirrel.

+Character Personality - Crab is the nervous tom out of the kittens. He is likely to dash up a tree if any sign of danger comes, even if a bush moves. He is usually the victim of Shell's pranks, being the neurotic cat he is.

+The Kittens' History - The kittens were born in a huge, dark forest. Their father was a tom named Tic, because he was a tick-magnet. The day after he was born, about five ticks leaped onto his back and stayed there, no matter how many moss balls covered in mouse bile his mate, Sasha, put on them. Sasha was born in a little den her mother and father had made by the sea, and she loved it there. But she was forced to leave whenever the sea rose higher and higher, and her father was sick of it: having to leave the den with all the fresh-kill they could carry for a half of a day. He moved his family into a field, but other cats chased them out. Finally they found the dark forest, and were brutally killed there, leaving Sasha all alone. She found a mate, Tic, and they had three kits: Ocean, Shell and Crab. Eight days after the kits were born, Sasha and Tic were murdered by two evil kittypets.
