anyone and everyone can fight, basically. If you're yet to be accepted, go on ahead and accept yourself, then head on down to the battlegrounds! TBH I can't stand acceptance threads, they're all so samey xD So if you want your cat to be in BoneClan, heck, they can be in BoneClan. They better be darn good though.

As mentioned elsewhere, BoneClan currently isn't accepting members as they've lost their leader (or so they think) and many of their numbers. They're going to reform elsewhere, and then when they're back with their leader then we'll start accepting. Bare in mind though that since they lost the war new members are going to have to be extremely impressive, and if they aren't but still get accepted Bane's gonna put them through rigorous training. =)
