In the meadows of the Rouge territory set aside by the four main clans, Deepcreek once thought that she would feel uncomfortable or exposed. After some time, however, that was the least she felt.
Sniffing around, she came near to the border of RisingClan. Their sent was distinct, full of a sort of "smell-able" hope. "Rising"-Clan, indeed. She opened her jaws to take in the scent that she'd grown to know, recognise...And almost love and respect. RisingClan was a tough clan, struggling to "rise" above their expectations; they deserved every cats' respect.
Slowly, she closed her jaws and watched in the bushes for a cat she had scented.
//I'm sorry that's really bad. =( But I've been running all over my house today, and half my mind's elsewhere. ^^

A fitful breeze blew the scent of an unknown cat in Kestrel's face, and the she-cat paused. She allowed she rabbit she was hunting to escape. Boneclanner, lost cat, or to-be member? she wondered topping a rise. Her sillohuette, strong and proud, stood against the stormy white-gray sky for a moment, then she she-cat leaped down the hillside toward the unfamilliar cat.
Slowing down, Kestrel called out, "Hello!" Her feathery, wind-torn white and gray fur mirrored the whirled and frenzied patchy colors of the sky above; in fact, she looked lke a cloud come to earth, a ghost. A ghost with one electric yellow eye and one deep blue eye, and a ringing voice. Kestrel tilted her head to one side, a habit she had picked up from a friend, and watched the newcomer.

Nascosto Nell'ombra Della Luna....
Flawed heart.
A perfect ‘failure’.
Words haunted every step the lovely brown and white she-cat made.
Unloved.
Unwanted.
Alone. Again, and she feared, always would be. There was no place for her, no one willing to look behind her past, look into her soul, and see the goodness she had within.
What was she? Just a mere tool? Just a…killer…?
The wind-swept, storm-grown sky above her seem to reflect the she-cat’s current mood.
‘I just want a home. A place where I can dedicate my heart and skills too.’
Brilliant blue hues, flawless in their beauty, looked up. She scented other felines…thought she may have heard a voice.
Maybe not. Maybe her sins were catching up with her and she was losing her sanity.
But what could she lose? The assassin had nothing left, just her life, and even that wasn’t worth much anymore. She would go, see whom it was that she noticed…and maybe, just maybe, find a path her paws could pad willing on.
Hidden in the Shadow of the Moon....

Kestrel was startled by the appearance of another cat. Her ears angled forward. "Hello?" she yowled above the wind that kicked up as she spoke. This other cat, a she-cat...was she a threat? Kestrel felt scattered, confused. She wasn't used to so many cats. Control. She drew in a breath, and regained her composure.

“Greetings!”
Sin called back, her voice holding no threat, no malice…just a calm loneliness and sadness.
She moved faster, merely a cream and brown blur as she hurried to get to the other cat before the storm broke and drenched them.
“Greetings!”
She called again, in case her first one was not heard over the tempest, bright blue hues glittering with excitement. This was the first seemingly unhostile and unmanipulative cat she had met in quite a while, and she dearly hoped that her assumption on the other she-cat was correct.

Kestrel surveyed the newcomer. She was beautiful, cream and brown with flawless blue eyes, and though she possessed great beauty she did not seem fragile or weak. Kestrel suspected this cat of hiding a great strength, somewhere. "Hello," Kestrel mewed again, glancing from her to the other cat. "I assume both of you are here for a reason-- to speak with me, perhaps?" She mewed quietly.

“Indeed.”
Sin’s voice was warm; the same warmth reflecting in those gems which watched Kestrel back.
“My name’s Sin. I am seeking to join this clan…Risingclan, correct? I hope to offer my skills…”
That was when the she-cat hesitated, pain reflecting in her blue orbs.
“…my skills as an assassin.”
She was who she was, and one could not always pick the path they padded down in life. Kestrel would be able to tell there was much pain in Sin’s past, and much bitterness. However, that was a story to be told at a later time.

Deepcreek padded slowly, softly over to the two other cats. "Hello?" Her meow was soft and cautious, but not timid or wavering.
Overhearing Sin's words, Deepcreek paused. Assassinating wasn't a normal specalty for a warrior; but this cat looked quite well of it.

Kestrel swept her tail majestically. "You are welcome to join us. Follow me, if you wish," she purred, stepping away.
}ooc} my muse, too, has ran away
