Rainheart followed the tom until they came to a small field. It had good hiding spots for prey and predator. She noticed a small rustle in the dry grass. Swiftly, she dropped into a perfect hunter's crouch and killed the mouse with one swift kill to the neck.

Sapho padded off in the other direction toward the sound of a stream. Pausing to catch the sent he noted that a water vole needed catching and that he would bring back some prey for the clan today. The vole was strait ahead. Boulder on ether side Sapho nimbly jumped from ledge to ledge until he saw it. Strait down jumping one ledge lower the spotted feline pounced and caught it in his jaws. Sapho walked back quietly he had just caught his first prey for Stoneclan!

As he watched her eat the thought of home sent mourning into his heart. He thought of the day when he escaped from the poachers when his family was killed with their hard shiny sticks. If you showed your self to them you were surely killed. Sapho thought of their camps, taking prey, murdering cats and by Green-leaf they had left leaving nothing but their horrible stench. Shaking his dotted coat he let the memory pass.
"I going to bury this and come back for it later you should probably catch something else I don't think Featherstar would be pleased if you came back with no prey but was covered in its scent!"
Sapho pounce on her playfully and smiled his first friend in Stoneclan!

Before Rainheart could reply, Sapho pounced on her. They playfought, batting each other constantly."Oh, I'll show you fighting!"she got Sapho off with a kick and pounced on him again. But it was too late, he was already prepared for her attack!

Sapho made an attempt to shrug her off. His sheathed paw turned to strike aiming for her paws. About to strike he heard the sound of a small waterfall in the distance Oh that would be funny, pushing her in the water he laughed to himself. Sapho ran toward the water hoping Rainheart would follow.

She landed hard on the ground as Sapho dodged her attack and padded away."Hey, where are you going?" Rainheart called. But he just kept walking. Rainheart followed.

Sapho sat next to the water. If I can just get her to sit next to me, he thought I can push her in that shallow part. "Rainheart!" Sapho yelled "Come here! Do you know how to fish cause it would really impress the leader and the clan if you could catch this nice fat one." Sapho chuckled softly and he waited to see if Rainheart would come.

Sapho laughed quietly as she walked over. "See that fat fish over there. It's so slow an elder could catch it! Dip your paw in like this..." Sapho leaned over show her This is my moment... he though "No no no like this," and attempted shove her in the pool of water.

Feeling Rainheart's wet body Sapho shivered he didn't realize the water was that cold! "Ha Ha! Got ya!" But Sapho spoke to soon his paws were slipping on the smooth stones he froze as he felt the water touch his paws. Sapho scrambled to get onto dry land but fell in none the less.

Sapho scrambled out of the water and shook off all the water he could onto Rainheart. "So much for shaking you self off!" he smiled licking his paw. "Hope you don't hate me to much but all the prey has got to be long gone by now, at least around here what do you want to do?"
