Eggs are the source of Mars |3

[Cracked]

Roll roll roll... Splat.

"Egg is out! Cracked wins! Yaay Cracked! Cracked will eat the egg now."

The golden spotted cat jumped down from his rock to the puddle of yolk below, lapping it up like it were a puddle of water. Yes, indeed, he was eatting it raw. All the better.

His loud purrs gave away clearly that he was there, oh well. Egg was good. Soon the sticky, eggy mess was gone and Cracked was licking his chops once more, jumping up onto the rock again, were yet another egg awaited departure.

"Cracked countdown! 3... 2... 1...!"

He pushed the second egg, which rolled down the rock face, then fell to the ground below.

Splash!

One egg left now, but better clean up this mess first!

Ooc: I'll rp with you, since I want to be excepted into StoneClan too and no one is in my board.

Silverwhisker's singing was interupted by what sounded like a race. When he went to investigate, it looked more like just one cat cracking birds eggs. The cat already seemed looney, but he seemed even more looney when Silverwhisker heard him speak! "You speak in third person? Hah! You think a Clan is going to welcome you like that? Get some guts kid..."

[Cracked]

As Cracked licked his lips for any traces of yolk, he looked up at the newcomer, clear confusion in his dull amber eyes. Third person? How was Cracked speaking any differently from others?

"Cracked is lonely? Cracked wasn't aware of this. Cracked sooo looonnneeelllyyyyy......."

He wailed in dismay, clearly believing that he was, infact, lonely. The rest of the toms' statement just made him feel worse.

"Cracked is sad, tom says no clan will want Cracked. Cracked also wasn't aware of clan either. CRACKED IS LONELY. Cracked misses his sister."

He plopped his rump onto the ground for a moment, looking extremely sad and pitiful, but then his ears pricked up as he remembered there was still an egg left.

He hopped quickly onto the rock and pushed it down without countdown, then leaped nimbly to the shattered remains.

"Cracked have idea! Cracked share last egg with other cat! Other cat want some egg?"

Cracked beamed, apparently very happy with his discovery.

Ah, such innocence.

Stay gold, Cracked.

Silverwhisker twitched his ears. He walked over and sniffed the cracked egg. "What exactly does egg taste like?" he asked...er...Cracked.

[Featherstar]

I think that they are excellent. the reply came not from Cracked, but Featherstar. The brown she-cat padded gracefully over to where the two toms were standing. May I have a bite? she asked the one called Cracked. She had once had the pleasure of eating eagles eggs and had enjoyed them thouroughly.


OOC: Sorry for the stinky post and the fact that Featherstar seems to have died lately. Real life. Arrg!

Silverwhisker jumped at the sound of the voice that was not Crack's. He did not realize that this cat was the Leader of StoneClan, but he stepped back only saying, "Help yourself..."

[Cracked]

"Cracked says yes! Cracked thinks she-cat is very pretty and smart, because Cracked agrees eggs are good!"

He hoped there was enough egg for the three of them. He backed up a bit, he had eatten more than his share of eggs already, they could eat first then he the scraps. Yes. How smart he was! Cracked give self praise!

And with this, the tom set his rump on the ground and watched them both with dull, yet bright, curious amber eyes.

[Featherstar]

Thank you Cracked. Featherstar hardly even noticed, much less cared that the tom spoke of himself as if he were another, all that mattered was his business on her territory. So, what are you doing here on StoneClan territory? she politely asked both toms. She wasn't in the mood for a fight just now. Especially after her lovely snack.

[Cracked]

"Stoneclan...?"

The golden brown tom echoed, tilting his head to the side. What was a Stoneclan? Was it edible? Did it taste like eggs? Was it an egg? Cracked figured now Stoneclan was a huge egg, giant, massive. By now, he was drooling of course. He licked his chops and stared at the she-cat in wonder, she must be the keeper of the Stoneclan! Yes, and Cracked was in a danger area, yep yep. The egg might come rolling down the hill at this very moment!

He looked around fearfully.

Nope.

He was almost disappointed.

[Featherstar]

Seeing his confusion at the mention of StoneClan Featherstar explained, StoneClan is simply a group of warriors that live together and care for each other. There are three other Clans, MistClan, TreeClan, and DuskClan. As she spoke, Featherstar pointed her tail in the direction of the respective Clans. Would either of you toms be interested in joining StoneClan? she now turned her attention to the other cat as well.

[Cracked]

"Oh! Cracked wants to join! Cracked has a sister who wander off here, but Cracked doesn't know where she is. Maybe she joined 'clan'?"

He purred at his discovery, nodding. Where did Wishclaw get to, anyway? Maybe she went to eggland! Eggs.. Did they have eggs here? He could catch them some, yes yes yes. Then he'd be a hero!

[Lucky]

Silverwhisker stepped foward, since the egg was presumibly finished. He bowed again and lifted his head saying, "You - you must not - don't - forget about me! I - I wanna join - I wanna join too!" This was nerve racking to him. His body started to twitch. *twitch, twitch*

[Featherstar]

Perhaps she has Cracked. Maybe you'll see her again someday. But since you both say you want to join, I'd be glad to welcome you as warriors of StoneClan. The brown fela stood and began to trot off toward the camp. If you'll follow me, camp's this way! she called cheerfully.

Silverwhisker smiled greatfully as a tear rolled down his cheek. "Th-th-thank you!" he stammered as he followed Featherstar to camp.
