Sothe and rithmic licking slowly roused Darkhate. "oh!"She lifted her head to see a tom cleaning her wounds. "Oh. Thank you. I coudln't have reached all of them. I can almost turn around to touch my nose to my tail but i'm not that close." She put her chin back on her front paws as he cleaned her somemore.

[Amberstar]

_{The young she-cat looked startled as the young Teppobeat returned to the camp. She hadn't seen him for so long, and by the looks of the expression on his face neither had he. She turned to Ringtail, tail flicking. You'll have to be patient with the medicine cat... He's a tad eccentric}

((Nah, here it goes. ^^ Btw, before I begin, Amberstar is up for a meeting with Kestrel. If all goes well, and Blackheart agrees, she may become another ally for them. ^^

Anyways, the time Amberstar was gone she'd accidentally gotten pregnant with a rogue male, but being a leader she had to keep it from everybody. But the plot is two kits (One owned by myself, the other by Umber) will come to the valley. I dunno what happens after that though. ^^))

"Really?"Darkhate said slowly lifting her head again. "O-ok i'll watch out. I guess." she slowly got up and padded over to the fresh-kill plie almost landing on it from her back leg wobbling.

[Onyxdart]

"Not that I'm any medicine cat or anything, but I think you should definitely stop walking around of you're wobbling like that," Onyxpelt said as the cat got up and made her unsteady way to the freshkill pile.

She looked at Teppobeat, who'd just come back from hunting. Not knowing the other cat very well, she simply nodded and half smiled in greeting.

[ringtail]

"yeah problay." Darkhate answered."I guess I will be sleeping hrer for now untill my leg wounds heal."she streached a little farther and grabbed a mouse. She bit in to it hunerly.

[Teppobeat]

"Well," said Teppobeat, picking up some freshkill and plopping himself down near Onyxpelt and Darkhate, "Who are you two pretty gals?" He'd seen Onyxpelt around of course, but didn't know her well and he'd never seen Darkhate at all. But he decided to change that.

[ringtail]

As she slowly ate her mouse her scars moved up and down in a rithimce patteren."I'm Darkhate and who are you may I ask?" she looked at the tom. He smelled of treeclan and freshkill mixed with a forst sent. Her brown tabby fur quivered in happyness. Finally! A real home!

[Pinedark]

Onyx, slightly shy cat that she was, looked a bit taken aback when Teppobeat came over and referred to she and Darkhate as "pretty gals". She wasn't used to anyone calling her pretty, no one had ever even done it half joking or in passing. But she grinned, and nodded to him in a friendly hello.

"I'm Onyxpelt. Or Onyx, that works too. I think I know your name. You're Teppobeat, aren't you?" she asked. She hoped she was, indeed, right, or else she was in for some embarrassment. And Onyx wasn't so wild about embarrassment.

[Mapleheart]

(Sorry about that, guys. School and commissions ate my life for a week. D: But I'll stop making lame excuses.)

Maplepaw had watched the fight tensely from the side, and for his actions he felt ashamed. A real warrior would do no such thing as watch from the sidelines. As the new cat, Darkhate, settled down with Sunpelt and Onyx next to him, Maplepaw listened with interest to the conversations that his mentor and leader were having. His ears perked when he caught the words, "They've allready done so much for the clan."

At those words he threw a quick glance in Onyxpelt's direction. How exciting it would be to become a warrior for the clan he had spent the last part of his childhood with! Then he noticed this new cat that Onyx had guessed was Teppobeat. What an interesting name..

[ringtail]

After drakhate finished eating she army cralled over to the apprentice den."do I sleep here or what?"she asked her backlegs screaming at her to rest.

"I dunno," said Teppo, "you're gonna have to ask our most wonderful leader-lady.You sure you shoyld be crawlin' around like that with you hurt?" He turned to Onyxpelt. "And yeah Onyx, I'm Teppobeat." He rolled onto his back and batted idly at a passing bit of bird down. "So what the heck happened?"

[Sunpelt]

Sunpelt stopped his work momentarily as the she-cat woke up, voicing her thanks to his audits."My pleasure... Besides..." he added, an amused smile on his face, ""It would be rude to just let you lay here and die of blood loss, young cat."With that he continued his work until the belle decided to take a part of the fresh-kill pile. He said nothing at this, though the wrinkle in his forward showed worry, yet a curve in his lips amusement at the attempt.

Then he turned to Teppobeat, who had lay amongst them shortly before the she-cat left. He nodded a greeting to him. Then sat upright. With as much that has happened recently, it wouldn't do for him to laze on by with the rest. Until Blackheart returned, however, the older tom couldn't inquire for a border patrol until then. Instead, he contented himself with listening to the conversations of the younger cats... until something else happened to come upon this venture anyway...

[ringtail]

"oh ok that sounds good. i'll go find her later though. oh and who is the medince cat here?"she asked all the cats around.

[Teppobeat]

"His name is Eatbugs, but- Hey!" Teppobeat had noticed the cat with mis-matched eyes and a regal bearing enter at the other side of camp. A distraction that he simply could not resist. "I've no idea where the old tom went off to. But that," he nodded towards Kestrel, "warrants some investigation." Like a big kit, he bounded over to where the action was happening. "Try not to strain yourself!" he called over his shoulder.
