A Night With Giddy And Droplet

Giddy looked up. There was a new cat in the door way of the Nursery. She was way too big to be a Kit. She must have been a Warrior. Wow! She's huge! And so muscular...

Droplet's ears flattened against her head and she crouched down to the floor; her eyes wide with fear. She took a large gulp before she spoke. "Um....W-w-wishclaw m-m-may I go see your m-m-medicine cat?" she stammered, guessing that was the cats name, that was what everyone was calling the cat "I hurt my p-p-paw..." she continued pointing to a thorn in her pad with her nose.

I know...this will sound so stupid but..I couldn't find it....

At Battledream's look, Wishclaw's eyes lit up. The she-cat smelt of Lillystar! A new member! Eee!

"Hello! I'm Wishclaw! Are you a new member? You smell like Lillystar, so I'll take a guess at it is a yes. Hey! That rhymed!"

She chattered like that mildly for a minute, then at the little she-kits words her eyes hardened, and she horror-movie-like twisted her head around.

"No. Silverthroat is busy, and you two rudely intruded on our clan Gathering, remember? Pull it out yourself. You smell like a rogue, therefore you are pretty much a rogue, and guess what? Rogues can deal with pain."

So slithered her head forward like a snake, her eyes narrowed into slits.

"So deal."

She hissed, then jumped back up, looking perfectly happy. Her eyes returned to Battledream, she wasn't even fazed by the huge she-cat.

"You haven't gotten a welcome song yet! Whee! Any requests?"

[Lucky]

"ThunderClan wasn't like this to Yellowfang!!" Giddykit snarled, "Here, give me your paw Droplet, I'll pull it out for you.

"I WAS ROUGE BECAUSE I WANTED TO BE WITH MY BROTHER!!! AND I WAS ABANDONED! MY BROTHER KILLED MY MOTHER AND FATHER!!" she growled to her. Droplet calmed down and ignored Wishclaw's rudeness towards a kit. "No thanks Giddy, I want to show this mouse-dung that I'm no rouge" she relied cooly. Droplet saw the cat chattering like heck. "Ooh how about the happy song? Wanna know how to sing it it goes like this! IF YOUR HAPPY AND YA KNOW IT CLAP YOUR PAWS!!!" she squeaked in the same chattering way, while dancing around.

ooc: ok since most people don't get my posts when I rp, I will explain them every time. This one, basicaly Droplet was first really mad, then she got really happy all of the sudden... she is so weird...

Bristlekit listened to the tiny she-kit snarling bravely at Battledream (is it Battledream who got Droplet angry? Sorry, haven't read the whole thread yet.) Bravery wasn't always the best answer; at least, that was Bristlekit's theory.

You're not going to Silverthroat's den, kit. You're staying in the nursery, the large tabby kit growled.

She turned to Battledream and Wishclaw.

Hi! Have the cats from the Gathering got back yet? she asked Battledream. The she-cat hadn't gone to the Gathering, but she would know if the cats were back.

Ooc: Giddy, I don't think you are allowed to even mention the old Clans, old Clan cats, etc. Didn't you listen to the other people in Stop Death?

[Lucky]

Giddykit squealed with laughter. "If you're happy and you know and you really want to show it, if you happy and you know it: clap your paws!!!!!!" Giddykit sang right along with his sister and clapped his paws, then he moved on to the verse when they say: "If you're happy and you know it swish your tail...!!!!!!!!!" No one is going to sleep here tonight!

Ooc: I think they just said you can't rp StarClan.

Bristlekit groaned.

Oh, for StarClan's sake, shut up! What about when you're angry? You swivel your ears? she asked, and her ears turned around and she pinned them flat on her head.

The large, angry kit stood up. Her tail twitched menacingly.

Wishclaw, did you have to get them going? Now they won't shut up all night, she mewed, almost as if she was pleading her to get the kits to be quiet.

[Battledream]

Had the two rogue kits lost their minds? The other she-cat warrior wasn’t much better. Battledream looked between all the cats, rather bewildered by their odd behavior. She was a soldier, a fighter. She knew no other life – her old clan….only knew war.

So their games, their silly behavior threw the giant off a bit. Finally she opted to just ignore it and answer the question that were thrown at her.

“Yes, I am indeed new.”

Her voice, a deep rippling sound, had a firce undernote that she could not control. This was a cat who’d fight to the bitter end for those she chose to fight for.

“My name is Battledream. Greetings.”

Not knowing what the strange fela meant by song requests, the mammoth turned her feral yellow gaze to settle upon that of the she-kit, the larger of the three kits present.

“I do not believe so little fighter.”

[Bristleclaw]

Bristlekit gazed up at the giant she-cat warrior. This was the only full-grown cat that was more than a bit bigger than her! Not listening to what she herself was saying, Bristlekit blurted out the first thing that came to mind.

You're pretty huge, Battledream...I never realised that.

She had never really gotten a good look at Battledream. Now, finally seeing her this close, she knew how big the she-cat was.

Yey!!! He was annoying them!!! Time for the next verse... "If you're happy and you know it...jump around...!!!!!!!!!" Giddykit started hopping around like a huge rabbit, causing a mini-earthquake.

[Bristleclaw]

Bristlekit growled. This kit was really get on her nerves...she was angry.

Shut up!

She made to pounce on him from behind; leap onto his back.

[Lucky]

First I'm singing happily, next thing I know...Oof!!! Smooshed... "Oh great!" Giddykit gasped, "Now I have to sing: If You're Angry and You Know It. Oohh, if you're angry and you know it, swivel your ears..." he heaved. "Ok, I'm finished now. Get off!"

[Wishclaw]

Whoops, bad move Bristle. Gotta keep calm around a kitty affected by others emotions.

Her ears flattened against her head, adapting the mood of the young Mistclan kit. Rage and confusion were plastered over her face. Chaotic. With clawed paw, she swatted at Droplet, eyes blurred by sudden tears. She didn't know if it hit or not, and turned to Giddy, who now had Bristle on him. Her breathing was coming in short gasps, like sobbing and just running to the ends of the Earth. She thre another paw down, aimed for Giddy's tail, but stopped halfway, as if thinking the better of it.

Wishclaw drew himself to her full height, fur standing on end in mad rage.

"Shut it! Both of you! SIT STILL AND SLEEP! Or I wil--"

She never finshed her sentence, and dropped her head along with her rump. She stared blankly at the ground, too confused to finsh her threat.

Giddykit scooted over to Wishclaw. "You ok? Oh my, look at your eyes! You're very tired. Here, I'll help you to your nest." He nudged Wishclaw up and pressed his pelt to hers so she could stand up and he could lead her to her nest.

"FWEE! IF YOUR A RETARD AND YA KNOW IT CLAP YOUR PAWS!!!" she sqealed, being the only one clapping her paws. "YOU WILL NOT SHUT ME UP!!!!" she sqeaked again.
