Sapphire was fuming! He had run away fromhis parents, his friends, and the life he had grown accustommed to having.
"But this they had gone too far!" He thinks to himself. Rembering how his parents had laughed at the feline who had to scrounge for thier food. He had left everything behind now...and the impact of his decision was slowly starting to sink in.
"Oh gods. Who's going to feed me now? Back at that palace we had the tall two-legs bring it to us. Where am i going to sleep? How am i going to keep warm."
Sapphire hadn't noticed where he had been walking and now realizes he is surrounded by luch green grass and thin barely noticeable mist...

Whisperstar watched the confused and lost cat. She could tell by its scent and direction that he didn't know where he was. The MistClan Leader crawled down some rocks and jumped into the grass, trotting over to the other cat as the sun penetrated the light mist.
"Welcome to MistClan territory. I am Whisperstar, the Clan Leader here. What is your business for intruding on my lands?"

Sapphire insticntively shrunk to the ground and turned to face this new threat...unitl the female cat introduced herself. "Um...I didn't mean to intrude. I justleft my old home and i guess i walked too far. But Ican't go back. So, now i'm home less."
He looks at her again, "I'm sorry. This isn't your burden, Whisperstar. Can you point me in the direction of a friendly home?"

Whisperstar examined the cat closely, and smiled gently to him. She stretched a bit in the green grass, then flicked her tail northward, where the faint sound of a waterfall could be heard if any cat listened hard enough.
"My own Clan camp is that way. We would be happy to accept you as a member of MistClan if you are looking to stay with us. In return, we ask that you be honest and uphold the warrior code."
She purred, her green eyes blinking in a sort of knowledgable way.
"What is your name, tom?"

Sapphire sits on the cool grass, feeling a humble sense wash over him, "Thank you for your kindness. My name is Sapphire. I only wish I can repay you for helping me." He stands and looks at her, "Of course I'll honor you warrior's code and uphold the loyalty to the mistclan."

The MistClan leader gazed at the new tom, listening and then noding at his words. Of course, any cat would be a new asset to MistClan. And his name showed that he was foreign, at least to the four Clans here.
"Well then, Sapphire, I would happily accept you into MistClan. Can you fight well? You seem young to me, but, of course, I cannot judge a cat by his age alone. If you are still in need of training, I can count you as an apprentice and get a mentor to teach you."

"I'm not used to fighting, but I can defend myself." The female cat looks at him again as if studying him, "Ok. I'll take some training. Where is the Mistclan...I feel as though I will die if I can't rest soon."

She nodded thoughtfully. The number of Warriors seemed to be less than those needing training, but MistClan was getting more cats every day, or so it seemed.
She turned her head North and nodded "The MistClan Camp resides beneath a waterfall. I will accept you into MistClan now, and lead you there, where you can meet and see the rest of MistClan's cats."

She purred and nodded, smiling at the other as she paced beside him, her tail flicking.
"I am, and theres quite a few cats at MistClan now. I'm sure you'll be able to find some cat to find an aquantance with while you're there."
She smiled reassuringly and flicked her ears as the headed North.
