call me stupid, but dont you think that mates are to be arranged via roleplaying? your character has to meet a tom, establish a relationship over a long period of time (as in NOT TWO OR THREE POSTS) and then maybe later consider a relationship between the two characters.

immediate relationships are my pet hate, but immediate relationships that dont even involve roleplaying are worse :P

so i think what you can do is post to find a mate then when one comes up post with that cats untill they love eachother.this is just so that the cat knows who she will love.
