Tablet+Pen

Does anyone know a good brand Tablet and Pen? I've been looking online for one, but they're either way too expensive or they look like a piece of crap. I can't tell if the $30 ones are good or bad.
I was thinking of going to Staples to get one, but I don't have any time, neither does my mom- who drives me there. -.-
Plus, I don't have enough money for a two-liter of coke, let alone a tablet and pen. o.o"

So yeah. Any suggestions?

I use a Genius (I'm pretty sure that's the brand name ^^') tablet and pen, and it works very well for me. I don't know about any other brands.

I have a Wacom Graphire 4 tablet, as does my sister, and they work pretty awesome :3 The only time they didn't work was when I lost my pen...but that's my fault xDD

i have a refurbished Aiptek Hyperpen tablet that i've been using for about 3 years now, and it's stayed loyal.
I havent really had any problems with it aside from the back occasionally coming loose. (thats an error on my part ^^;; i lost the screw to one side, and i take it with me everywhere; so its bound to be beat up)
it was $30 i think

Ooo. Thank you!!! I looked up the Wacom one, and it's niiiccceee. But, I don't think I can afford it. Maybe if I save up.
Squee! I have $15 so far, not a lot, but still.

Aiptek one looks nice too. And the one I'm looking at is $24.

I use an XP-Pen :D I got it a few years ago and it's never failed -touch wood- :) I think it is only available in England, though, as I've only ever known fellow English peoples to have it.

_{All these people-errr cats... have great advise, but if you have vista make sure the tablet is compatible.
I tried to put my old trusty tablet on vista and it didn't work, patches couldn't fix it either.
