She's a silver tabby she-cat, with bright blue eyes.
Character personality:
She's very outgoing though she hates to be bothered when doing an important task. She likes to deal with situations in a peaceful matter but, will fight to the death if she must to protect my clan. She is kind and would never betray my clan. She believes in following her instincts and her heart even if others are in doubt.
Character history:
When she was a kit her mother passed away and her father was tooken by the Twolegs, things were rough for her. She had no where to go until she met a kittypet, her name was Rose. Rose was like a mother to Pureheart, she nursed her and took care of her without the Twolegs ever suspecting it. She used to sleep under their home, there was a hole underneath their house where Rose had made a bed of leaves for her. She would sneak into the hole quietly and would give a mouse that she had hunted, she would always observe the way she would gently put her sleek body on the ground and quickly pounced onto her prey. Rose didn't much like the food that Twolegs gave her so she hunted for herself. Pureheart told herself that someday she'd be able to hunt for herself and Rose so that she wouldn't get so exhausted sometimes. She would then smile kindly and lick the top of my head and say "Do not worry young one, when you're old enough I'll teach you how to hunt." Pureheart would then just sigh and go back to sleep. A couple moons later she had grown and had begged Rose to teach her how to hunt, she would attempt it a couple of times but, the prey was too fast for her. For about 2 days, Rose didn't come and see Pureheart, she was getting worried because, she usually came when the Twolegs were sleeping, Purepaw did not understand why she didn't come all of a sudden. The next day Pureheart felt a sudden thud, through the hole she saw a Twolegs hand trying to grab her, Pureheart quickly woke up and quickly backed away, until she heard a sudden scream. "Kit! Get out of there! They will capture you if you dont hurry! Please hurry!" It was Rose! Pureheart was trembling with fear but, she finally got the courage to run towards the Twolegs face, dodging the grabbing hand, and scratched his left eye, she quickly made a run for it into the forest, she ran with all her strenght, still trembling with fear, she ran, she kept on running until she hit a tree stump. Pureheart quickly regained balanced and rested against the stump, she was exhausted from all the running. The next morning Pureheart heard a familiar voice whisper in her ear "Kit, it's me Rose please do not be frightened, everything will be alright." Pureheart replied "Why do you keep calling me kit? I'm no longer a kit Rose, you know that." Rose let out a gentle purr of amusement and licked her head "Well then, if you do not like it when I call you "kit" what do you wish to be called?" Pureheart replied "I dont know, my mother never gave me a name.. Even if she would have, I dont remember." Rose smiled but, then her tone of voice had changed "Kit, you cannot go back to the Twolegs they wouldve captured you if you weren't as quick as you are." Pureheart replied "But then, where am I suppose to go?" Rose paused, then replied "Listen kit, in this forest there are many cats, called clans. Duskclan, Mistclan, Treeclan and Stoneclan. You must go and live amoungst one of these four clans, they will take care of you and give you a place to live as long as you respect the warrior code." Pureheart quickly interrupted "Wait, Rose. Why do you know so much about these clans?" She looked onto the ground, her eyes filling with sadness "Rose..." Rose calmly replied "Because kit, I was one of them." "Was?" "Yes, was. My name was Rosepelt and I had been a warrior in Mistclan yes my loyalty truly lied in Mistclan but, my heart else where.." Pureheart was confused at the time so she said "What are you trying to say.." Rose replied "I was loyal to my clan but, I was in love with a tom from Leafclan.. We would secretly meet after gatherings and sometimes if we saw eachother we would talk.. If no other cat was around. You see kit, these four clan have boundaries and if my clan ever found out that I had an affair with a warrior from Stoneclan I would've been sent to exhile. I was scared I didn't know what to do, neither did he. So, we ran away not knowing where the path would lead us." "But Rose... That's terrible." Rose replied "No need to worry kit.. We did fine until.. The Twolegs captured us and seperated us. I do not know where he is now but, what I would do to see him again. Kit, please live amoungst these clans, t'is not safe for you back at the Twolegs nest, you must stay here. You cannot go back do you hear me!" "But Rose..." Rose quickly snapped "Kit! Please, I do not want you to endure what I had. Clan life was great, honestly! And if I could go back, I would. But that is not an option for me or ever will be again. But for now I must go, listen to me kit, go along the border and try to find a patrol, they'll take you into their camp to met their leader. Choose whatever clan you wish, just remember where your heart lies!" Rose quickly ran off into the direction from where Pureheart had ran. But she had no name, that night it was a full moon as she gazed deeply into its light, she fell asleep and let her dreams lead the way...
