[Undead]

“See anything you want to see first, huh?”

Undead asked as she looked around, her tail tip twitching spasmodically. She stopped, looking intently at something far away. It was almost a division, between this land…and another? She could scent death, and fear.

“What’s over that way?"

[Xanaphia]

"I'm not sure. Wanna go check it out?" Shocky asked, not letting the scents from that land get the best of him. Attempting to leap off the rock but he tumbled instead. The scene was quite comical and cute. Shaking himself off, the tom then started padding in the direction she had asked about.

[Undead]

“Hehe, graceful landing, eh?”

Undead was far more graceful in her leap down from the rock, and she darted easily past the clumsy Shocky, her tail held high.

“Hehe, let’s go!”

Hopefully it wouldn’t take too long to get there, if the two weren’t too distracted by anything on the trip there.

[Xanaphia]

He ran after her once he saw her running. "What do you think is over there?" The young kit asked his new friend.

[Undead]

“I dunno! That’s why we’re goin’ to see, right?”

Undead slowed so Shocky could catch up, before leaping to stand on her hind paws for a brief moment. Of course, she wasn’t able to maintain here balance on them, but that brief look made sure they were still heading in the right direction.

“So what do you think is there?”

[Xanaphia]

"I'm thinking it could be a good hunting ground that just looks creepy. Maybe if we bring back some fresh kill then the elders wouldn't think of us as too young to go out of the camp." That has to be one of the stupidest idea the young tom had. Already claiming Undead apart of RisingClan when she wasn't and journeying outside of camp into an unknown territory to them.

[Undead]

Ah, the joy of innocence.

“And smells creepy too.”

Undead wrinkled her nose, slowing her pack to a walk.

“How many cats are in your group?”

The question was curious, and she looked at Shocky with bright green eyes.

“I’ve never met many other cats before. I mean, there was my momma and my brothers, and then a few rogue I met after I left my old home.”

[Xanaphia]

Shocky went to thinking about her question. "Umm, more than ten I think?" He replied, unsure of the number of cats that were in his clan.

[Undead]

“You think? You mean you don’t know?”

Undead looked at him in shock. How could he not know?

“You must reeeeeally not get out much.”

[Xanaphia]

"Sure don't," he said with a shake of his head and a sigh. "Also I'm only a kit so I can't count very well, yet." That was a true statement.

[Undead]

“Well, that’s true. Neither do I.”

Undead admitted, her tail twitching from side to side.

“Care to tell me about some of your clan mates? How are they like?”

She tilted her head slightly to the side in curiosity.

[Xanaphia]

"They're nice." He said with a nod. Shocky was more interested beyond the territory though. The smells weren't driving him away like they should but he kept edging closer.

[Undead]

“Well, that’s good silly.”

Undead bounded forward, flattening a grasshopper which had foolishly landed in front of the traveling kits.

“Hehe, got’cha!”

She let the bug go, and it flew in the direction that the two were headed. Laughing and pouncing after it, Undead once more led the way.

Finally, she stopped abruptly, sniffing the air. They had reached the Risingclan boundary, and Undead could scent strange smells from the land on the other side.

Blood.

Feline blood.

[Xanaphia]

Shocky sniffed around and shook his head in distaste. "There's probably a creepy monster living over there." Fear crept into his small voice as he spoke.

[Undead]

“Let’s go see!”

Undead head butted Shocky’s shoulder and trotted across the border, head held high and looking around.

Although a tingle of fear prickled up the small kit’s spine, she moved carefully and boldly.

“C’mon!”

[Xanaphia]

"I'm coming, don't worry." He stated as he ran up to her side.

[Razorblade]

Deep eyes watched the two kits come scampering across the borderlands between the two clans, malevolence flaring in pure anger. Then, that lifebolt of an emotion ebbed and vanish. No, anger was not that answer…

…and Razorblade was no longer a foolish kit to allow his anger to rein over his actions.

The Boneclan medicine cat apprentice silently and stealthily paced the kits’ little ‘adventure’ from the side, completely hidden by a long range of undergrowth. They were drawing close to a carcass of a fallen rogue – on of Heartless’s more recent kills.

[Undead]

Undead laughed, bounding around Shocky like it was nothing, when something unnoticed made the small kit trip and fall over. The overpowering stench of blood and death assaulted her nose, and the little fae wailed as she stumbled to her paws and backed away, completely horrified.

Green orbs stared at the mangled remain, having never seen anything so terrible in her young life.

[Xanaphia]

Shocky stopped in mid-stride as Undead stumbled over the dead remains of a cat. "Grah! What is that?" He asked as he cautiously went over to the remains and pawed at it a few times before jumping back.

[Undead]

“Ugh.”

Undead shivered, still staring at the mess that Shocky was pawing at.

“I think it was a cat. But it looks as if something was eating it…”
