Icekit looked at Silverthroat, rust paw and then noticed Ripplekit.
"Hi'ya! Ripplekit are you excited? I am! I can't wait until the naming ceremony! Do you know who your mentor will be? I know mine, Shadowstreak! I just went to tell Whisperstar, but she's talking to Silverthroat.
Icekit could hardly retain her excitement, they were going to apprentices!
occ: maybe this will keep the thread moving.

The cats were so excited talking to one another they barely noticed Sapphire...something he was thankful for. He would get to know them, but hopefully on his terms. He breathed in and out, and heard that all the newcomers were to become apprentices. He hoped he would be to, and maybe become less introverted in the process.
He snaps toattention when the cats turn to see him. "Umm...I'm...Sapphire." He swallowed the lump in his throat, trying to get rid of the gripping nervousness, "Who are you?"

OoC: Yup, now people will start noticing you. xD I'm going to go and knock Ripplekit out for a while, namely 6 days, now.
Btw, we're gonna be needing 2 more warriors to appear out of nowhere to mentor Ripplekit, Rustpaw and Sapphire. Too bad Honeymist's out, thanks to "That demon! Bane!"
Ripplekit grinned back at her first friend in MistClan.
"Duh! 'Course I am!" she exclaimed. "Hopefully it won't be as boring as the adults said. I don't know who my mentor's gonna be, though. I don't think Rustpaw knows who his is, either." She yawned and stretched.
"Anyway, we'll have new names by tomorrow. I'm going to take my first nap in daaays."
The silver-pelted kit trotted off to a small dent in the cavern's damp floor, curled up, and fell asleep, despite the slight throbbing pain in her side.

Trillium had accidentally fallen asleep--right in the middle of camp. She awoke and shook herself, quite embarassed. She took a few glances about the camp and noticed that the kits were all very excited, and she heard each mutter something about apprenticeship. She, herself, had never had an apprentice, but she would be open for it if Whisperstar asked her to.
She turned to look at the young cat, Sapphire. "Hello, Sapphire. I'm Trillium," the Turkish Van noted the cat's new scent, "Where do you come from?"
(Dur. I kinda forgot about Trill being here. 8] Therefore, she took a nap. XD She's a Warrior, so she could probably take on an apprentice.)

Umberkit fell silent, her tiny mews vanishing. She just didn't have the strength left anymore - exhaustion was seeping in.
“I’m sorry…”
She shivered, brilliant yellow hues staring at nothing.
“I’m sorry..”
But what was she sorry for? It was hard to say, after those words were spoken, the tiny kit didn’t say anything else.

Icekit watched Ripplekit go to their den. She turned to Sapphire,
"Hi! my name's Icekit what's yours? And are you an apprentice or a warrior?
Icekit was excited by this new comer maybe they could be friends!

Shadowstreak was quickly becoming tired of the long wait for Icekit and the others to be apprenticed. She knew that the other cats' injuries had to be tended to, but it seemed that they had been dealt with for the most part. Becoming bored, she strolled over to Icekit and prodded the kit with her tail.
"Mind if I join you?" the older she-cat asked. "My name is Shadowstreak," she told this newcomer called Sapphire. "This little scrap is going to be my apprentice if the cermony ever gets under way..."

Icekit swatted playfully at her mentor and smiled back at Sapphire,
"But I'm likely to teach her more than she teach me." she laughed.
Her tone was playful and carefree as she poked play with her new mentor.

Shadowstreak gave her soon-to-be apprentice a mock glare and swatted the kit's rump with her paw, bowling her over.
"Oh really, I may not have been a clan cat long, but I've lived in this forest all my life!" she told her, smiling, daring the kit to try her luck.

Sapphire smiles at the closeness of the two, "My name's Sapphire. I came here from far away." He looks to the ground, smile fading behind a veil of depression, "I have no idea what's going on. I only hope I can pick it up as I go." He looks up at Icekit and Shadowstreak, a saddened smile plays across his face, "I have no friends, no family, I'm totally alone now."

Silverthroat still didnt understand her dream, but she thought was as beginning to. She just needed Whisperstar, she called for her again, and again, before seeing Sapphire. She nodded a greeting, to scarred that something would split out if she spoke
Ooc| I sucks, I know XD I have just been waiting for ges to talk to Whisperstar about this, and before it was going to ise a new plot but xp I dont think I will now... k thats my sap story, and its almost longer then my real RP X.x

Trillium nodded in Sapphire's direction. "I came from quite a ways away as well, hence my name. It's not exactly traditional compared to most of the names around here," she paused, "Neither is yours. I don't have any family around here either, but I would like to be a friend to you in any way I can."
She smiled and stretched here forelegs, attempting to look at ease even though the clan had gone through recent drama. In fact, it still was. She shot an uneasy glance at Umberkit before returning to her conversation with Sapphire.

The cream colored feline approuched a cat, not quite sure what was going on, so she decided to ask. With a furrowed brow, she prodded at Icekit with her paw.
"Excuse me, little fluff, would you mind telling me what is happening? I just arrived and... Well... I'm not quite sure if my song entangled mind would be able to figure everything out..."
With a quick shuffling, Wishclaw sat her muddy rump down. She gave her right mud covered paw a few quick licks before setting it back down and looking at Icekit expenantly.

OoC: AH'M BACK!
Blinding white and coldness surrounded Ripplekit. She dashed out of the pile of snow. Her family was nowhere in sight. There was crashing through the bushes, and terrified mewing. And then there was silence.
Ripplekit twitched and woke up with a start. Instead of the leaf-fall atmosphere, she realized she was in the MistClan camp. Relieved, she sighed. She stood up and shook her long silver pelt, and walked back to her friends. Ripplekit looked up at the sky, at the full moon amongst the twinkling stars. It had been four moons since the nightmare had actually happened.

Sapphire smiles at Trillium, "Of course you can be friend. And I'll be your friend." He looks over at Icekit, "What about you? Can I be your friend?" He flashes a hopeful smile...

Icekit smiled at her mentor as she got up and crouched (Which was really a hilarious site) and tried to pounce on her mentor's tail but missed and rolled across the floor hitting a rock and dizzily staggered back to her mentors side. She was so excited to become an apprentice she could hardly keep still. Although Her thoughts ventured away when she heard Wishclaw,
"Well" she started of "We, Ripplekit, Umberkit, Rustpaw, Sapphire and I are about to be apprenticed."
She looked down at the ground and added,
"My name's Icekit whats yours?"
She turned around when she heard Sapphire and Tillium talking,
"Yes, I'd love to be you friend Sapphire!" her voice was filled with joy and anticipation for the ceremony tonight.

Shadowstreak smiled fondly at her young ward, anticipation to be a mentor also stirring her blood.

She dipped her head turning from Sapphire and back to Shadowstreak. Icekit could sense something in the warrior was she angry or just anticipating?
