…and there was yet another cat?! Sunsetfire, blinked, amber hues wide yet calm, before he called to the she-cat.
“Don’t stay out there and freeze – come in here! It is warmer together, than separate!”
The young leader had yet to fully realize the true meaning behind his last words, but he didn’t wish to see the brave she-cat catch ill.
[Bleh, short. It’s late…err…early.]

Ooc: Lawl XD
Unlucky blinked, and turned, obeying the kit. She wasn't fully awake, fully into the world, but she still knew what she was doing. Observing the opening, the black and white feline squeezed in. Her eyes passed over both kits, before she moved to be against the wind. She lay down on her side, so she could still watch them.
"You speak wise words for one so young."
Her eyes, though distant, were warm and kind, yet still held the shock.
"Though I must ask, why do you smell like the one who killed my brother?"
She wasn't being careless with her words, but gathering information. If she wanted revenge, she needed to know who to go after first, and this kit seemed like someone who'd know.

Amber eyes met those of the she-cat.
“Because I am that murder’s son.”
The young tom instantly knew he had another potential ally here, in this she-cat. If Bane had truly murdered her brother as she had said, than she had reason to wish him dead…
“…I can give you the revenge you seek.”
Wisdom flickering within amber orbs, deepening them to a soon-to-be familiar flame hue.
“Assist us in the formation of Stealthclan; assist us in destroying Bane and his Boneclan.”

Sparrowpaw gave a slight nod in acknowledgment of the golden kit's words, and breathed a sigh of relief, glad to be out of the wind. His tail twitched and his head turned to look at the entrance, as yet another kit appeared, this time a she-cat. Sparrowpaw wasn't much of the social kind, and at the moment there were three other cats here with him. He looked back at the kit named Chainrust, and his ears flicked in annoyance as he pondered on how to answer the question. Sparrowpaw's mouth opened, as if he was about to say something, but he quickly shut it, and stuck his head out of the tunnel, and surveyed the wind-battered meadow. He momentarily left the bush, and returned with a feather held gently in his jaws. A sparrow's feather. Sparrowpaw quickly pinned it down with his paw before the wind could get it, and hoped that they would understand.

His attention caught by the newest tom, Sunsetfire sat in silence, amber orbs narrowed thoughtfully. Was the tom mute? Or was he just trying a game?
Shifting himself, Sunsetfire padded over to the kit, placing one paw down on the feather next to his. Even though they couldn't be that far apart in age, his paw was massive when compared to the other's, the stature and size he inherited from Bane showing.
"Sparrowpaw, isn't it?"

Sparrowpaw nodded, glad to be understood for once. He looked up at the larger kit, and his eyes of ice met with his of fire. Sparrowpaw wondered if any other cats knew that he had been born with a curse of silence that would not allow him to communicate vocally in any way. It was a disadvantage that prevented him from making friends, from leaping into battled with a war cry tearing from his jaws, that prevented him from making any sound at all. But did the other tom know that? Sparrowpaw hoped that he did.

[o.o It's past five in the morning...my brain ish no longer functioning...]
“Well then Sparrowpaw, it is a pleasure to meet you.”
Sunsetfire sat back with a smile, pleased to see the other’s reaction. Already, his mind raced with uses for the other tom.
“Silence isn’t always a burden my friend. It can be a gift.”
Ah, so he did fully understand! Well, not fully, he himself wasn’t mute so he could never fully understand.
But, in his odd way, Sunsetfire did.

Sparrowpaw broke into a huge grin, and nodded once more. For once he had a friend. A friend who understood. The small black tom stretched and yawned, and sat down himself. He tilted his head to look inquiringly at his new friend. Perhaps the golden kit knew his own name, but Sparrowpaw still had no idea what his was.
OoC: And that last sentence totally made no sense.

[And that's new? ]"I'm Sunsetfire. I'm sure the others would wish to introduce themselves rather than me do it for them."
He nodded at Chainrust, and the she-cat who's name they still didn't know.

Sunsetfire. That was a fitting name for the large golden kit. Sparrowpaw nodded for the fourth time in the short period of time that he had been in the burrow, and turned to look at the other the kits.
OoC: Short and not-sweet! D:

Chainrust was still huddling in his corner, sprawled out on the floor. His tail flicked in mere greeting, but offered no name was given none. Sparrowpaw.. Eh? He looked at the other, grateful for her kindness towards the kits. However, he didn't need help. As far as he was concerned, it was him helping this clan, not vice-versa. Reluctant to give his name, for he did not know the newest additions, he knew it only polite to state his. He knew Sparrowpaw's now, afterall. Chainpaw. He grunted awkwardly, wishing he could be as friendly and carefree as his younger 'leader', even if he still preffered to be called a loner. He could be a mercenary! That's what he'd be.. For food and shelter, he'd help this clan. Not to say he needed it.. But he didn't realize those were the exact traits of a close clan.
Defiant little Kitty. >3 He's soooo stubborn

Ooc: Unlucky isn't a kit ;D Shes an adult cat ^^
The black and white she-cat could feel her fur prickle at the young tom's words. But when he mentioned revenge, her ears pricked forward.
Her world had been grey after seeing her brother dead, but the light in this kit's eyes, it brought the color back. A spark lit up in her own blue grey hues.
"Stealthclan eh?"
She grinned, a deadly grin.
"Well, heck yeah! I'll assist you!"
Bane. She placed that name next to the scent in her mind, Boneclan shortly following. She then watched the new kit run back out, then come in with a feather. She nodded when Sunsetfire understood. When she was nodded at, she blinked.
"My name is Unlucky... Pleasure you meet you all."

"It's all well you all deciding to get revenge by creating this new clan, but where do you plan on placing your territory? Cause it better not be here!"
A gruff voice, and not a very happy one. From within the long grasses, a large, muscular tom came forward. His emerald orbs were slit, and shoulders were square. Scars were scattered around his body. His tabby tail slashed the air behind him, as he sat down with these lone cats, staring at each of them with his angry glare.
"What's happened to the Rogue Meadow, eh?! It used to be a peaceful place for rogue's to live their solitary life. Now it's being turned into a battle field. Don't you dare place your territory here, or I'll personally rip all your bloody throats out. My home's already been demolished enough."
He snarled, his vision fixing on the young kit that seemed to be leading this little group of cats. He was so vulnerable, Deathstrike could easily kill him now and be done with him. But he had a little bit of control within him. He just hoped they listened, and found somewhere else to set up once again another clan. And by george, if they tried to convince him to join them, that would be it. Deathstrike didn't need other cats, he could win back his territory on his own.
ooc| Ha! Grumpy rogue coming through >3[/size]

Sunsetfire blinked, once, amber eyes watching the older, and by far more experienced tom.
“Indeed, Stealthclan will not be set up upon the rogue lands.’
He expected outbursts and shock from the others, but in any case, he continued as he stood up and padded over to the older tom, head dipping one in respect for the other’s experience.
“There is a piece of land not to far from here; however it is out of the Rogue Meadow. Many consider it inhospitable. I’ve seen it – a strong group of cats can certainly make a home there.”
Nodding his head, his amber orbs burning like fire, he gave the rogue tom a once over.
“We seek to free these lands for any cat, rogue or clan. Tom, I understand you seek for life to return as it had once been. If I can, after this war is over, I shall see if Risingclan is willing to set up a full territory elsewhere.”
Although Sunsetfire’s words were wise, the decision was up to Kestrel. He could ask, but he could not force her to. The tom had to know that – there was only so much one cat could do to affect the decision of another.
The grumpiness and anger of the tom did nothing to bother the golden colored tom, as he waited for the older rogue’s response. He had given him the respect his experience deserved, as was only proper, and his words were disarming.
Rogues. Clan cats. All deserved freedom – not to live in fear or to watch as their livelihoods were destroyed.

He was only starting to get comfortable as another tom walked in; a big one, muscular. A rogue. His growl was deeper this time, not caring if he angered the rogue; his tail lashed and he glared at him. How dare he walk down to this underground cavern the band of cats founded.. And act like he owned the meadows, acting big brave and strong. What he lacked and kits had an advantage of was maneuverability. Rogues often came bulky, filled to the brim with muscle and fur to survive. Kits were quick-witted and fast, able to dodge an oncoming rogue attack.
YOU do not OWN rogue meadows, so don't come bustling down here complaining of your home being in ruins. It's not our fault you lost it, nor should you pin the blame on us. Even if we chose to place our home here instead of else where, we'd have a freedom of doing so, without your word against ours! Hissed the tom bravely, eyes flashing. He'd been quiet the entire time, and it was a sudden change for him to suddenly leap up and simply hiss a near insult at a rogue! Either he was very brave, or absoulutely stupid.

“ENOUGH!”
The single word snapped like the crack of a whip, and Sunsetfire nearly tackled Chainrust.
“Our enemy is Boneclan, not this rogue tom. Save your rage for them!”
He growled, low in the back of his throat. If Chainrust acted with his mind, thought this through, he would know what he meant.
It would not be good for the clan to have another enemy, not at this time. They needed to focus their strength; learn and grow stronger before they could fully ally themselves with Risingclan.
“Chainrust, you are intelligent, although right now, you acting like a young fool! Can you not understand my words?”

The black feline glanced at the tom as he entered, but held her tongue. When he threatened them, her brow furrowed. If this tom did harm any of the kits, he would be as good as dead. Unlucky's broken heart was mending, she wasn't sure if it could take another blow.
But when Sunsetfire spoke, she calmed. He was very wise indeed. Nodding approvingly, the she-cat thought of this place, but did not know it.
Then Chainrust spoke.
Unlucky growled at him, tail tip twitching with annoyance. She was just about to bap the kit when Sunsetfire spoke again. The black and white feline calmed herself, and looked to the her soon-to-be leader.

The young kit snapped his head in Sunsetfire's direction, eyes gleaming with a sudden rage; an aftermath of the rage he was showing the rogue. But nor am I your enemy. He gave a 'hmph', flicking his tail dangerously. His eyes averted to the rogue, his upper lip curving upward to show his 'canine' tooth. He kept his calm, sitting back down and giving a half-hearted lick at his paw, rubbing it over his ear to turn it flat on his forehead. This rogue needs to respect his youngin's, if he wishes me to respect him. Just as you need to respect your elders. He said, shooting a calm glance in the soon-to-be leader's direction. He was a mere 5 moons older than Sunsetfire, and still a kit at that. But he still reserved his right as an 'elder'.
I'm aware of where we stand now, but just as well he needs to mind his business and get the full story before tumbling down here, shouting at us about land! I know he wants his land back, just as much as we need and seek one, but it gives him no right for rudeness. He said all this calmly, tail flicking in a dignified manner.

“I will give you respect when you show you deserve more of it. However, that will not happen if you act like a kit younger than myself, as your previous actions suggested.”
He would not fight with those who were to become a part of his clan. He leaned back, surveying the group, including the rogue, with deepening hues.
“There is much to learn in the time we have. Of each other, and of ourselves. We will need to place aside our differences, place aside our hatred. They can be used against us.”
He shot a glance at the rogue tom; making it clear that this was not an attempt to recruit him.
“And, Chainrust, this land is the rogue’s home. I, for one, am an intruder here, as are any who will follow me. He may respond how he wishes – especially since he made the wise decision to speak to us rather than just run in and attempt to kill us.”

The tom gave a light nod and continued his bath, closing his eyes. Sunsetfire's words made sense, and he chose to speak no more words unless called upon. He stated his opinions, making a full of himself in doing so, and he let a silent growl escape his lips. It would not happen again.
